The Law on Cannabis Seeds

Whilst cannabis is illegal in the UK without a medical prescription or a license, it is entirely legal to collect, buy and sell cannabis seeds.

What is not legal, is to attempt to germinate or grow cannabis seeds. As such, here at Ben's Big Buds, we sell cannabis seeds as collectors items or souvenirs for enthusiasts who wish to add to their collections.

Please do not attempt to germinate your seeds if you do not have a license to do so! You could land yourself in trouble with the law!
